    Rear shock covers

I need 2 rear shock covers for my '70 CT-70H that are in great shape. They will be painted, so any color right now will do. But if they are emerald green even better. My original covers have numerous dents and are not good enough to be painted.

Those are very hard to find dent free...You would have better luck ordering them from dratv and cutting to stock length or taking the dents out of yours. There is a set of EG on ebay for $350.

Thanks for the reply. For $350, I believe I could live with the dents...lol. I have tried to remove the dents but to no avail. I would like to keep the bike as close to original as possible, but the scarcity of parts might make this a little difficult.

Parts are available...You just have to look around...Really the aftermarket covers can be cut easy and nobody will ever know the difference. Ebay has covers at time that are dent free also.

I just got a tool that removes the dents in covers...I haven't tried it yet, but I think it will work really well.

If you're patient and search Ebay regularly, they do pop up from time to time. I found a NOS one a month or so ago for only $10.50

    Grant,
Do you have a picture of one? Curious as to how it works...
