I talked about this with my wife yesterday....she thinks I'm totally nuts for even considering it. We talked about me taking a week for myself on my bike...we both assumed it was my BMW...but the more I think about it, the more I think I could take a week on my CT70. Which one is really the question though....The takegawa screamer, the Chinese big block, or the up-and-coming Honda Nice.

I'll mull this over and see if it is doable. Its 1200 miles on the interstate...I could cover that in 3 days I bet if no breakdowns. If I went 55 the whole way I could cover 500 miles a day, easily.

Remember, 250cc up is Interstate legal. I've jumped on the Interstate for short periods with no problems, but you need to hit 60 plus cruising to stay out of trouble.55 would just get ya honked,flipped at,and cut over/sqeezed on the whole way. Doable, but you have stay alert. Hit the highways when possible. You could use a chase car on the interstate to give ya some room,and keep the tailgaters from messing with ya.

Interstate I could do 600 or more a day easy.Assuming the cops left me alone.

Since you are heading through my area, I could cover 200 miles recovery "gratis" each direction from my house. If you need a hand.

You guys are crazy,in a good way though LOL. I dont think I would want to drive a car that far.
