I'm eying this bike up big time! It looks like a lot of fun, plus it beats the heck out of holding up traffic with my Ruckus all the time.

Has anyone considered the idea that the horizontal mounted engine might be adaptable to a CT70 frame?

I'm right there with you - except my CT will keep up with city traffic. I can't justify having two street legal mini's (to my wife), or my deposit would already be at the dealer and the yellow plastics en route from Europe.

Just got back from Thailand I saw these in person some stock, some were lightly modified and others that were highly modified...and they were awesome in each format! A couple of things I noticed about them though; they were smaller than I anticipated ( I know they are small but theyy were smaller than I imagined ), super quiet in stock form, and the aftermarket support for them was great which leads me to believe the possibilities are endless when they get here. I didnt have time to take a test ride on one so I guess I have to wait till they get here.

Would you say the CT70 is still smaller? The GROM has 12" wheels while the CT70 10".

I'd love to see one side by side...but ian1006 you would be able to give a good ideal of the ballpark size comparison

I think they sit up a little bit higher than a CT, but they are similar in size. I would love to see a pic of them side by side

Me too. From what I can tell (from photos I saw of people sitting on the bike) it still looks about 15-20% larger than a CT70.

I'll be in line to take a photo of my ct70 beside the GROM when we finally get them...Late Fall i've heard?
