Guys,
When I signed on today I had a warning Page come up and almost did not get on the site. Maybe RACERX or someone can look into this.

Thanks
Carlo

Yep, I got that one three days ago, have since run my anti virus anti spyware software and it came up with no viruses or trojans...a sh*t load of tracking ware (540) but nothing out of the ordinary.
:usa2:

My smart phone with an Android Platform cruises lilHonda.com just fine.....no issues.

Have you ever noticed that whatever you've been looking at lately, appears on the advertisement banner on the top?

For instance my 1/3 hp garbage disposal just broke, and is dripping water so now I'm looking at getting a stainless steel Pro-sink and a 1 hp disposal. Those ads follow me as I cruise the net...that's what the ad-ware tracking software does.

Yea, for some reason the "SuperBright LEDs" people that we sometimes discuss around here know where I go on other web sites and shoot ads to me there. And I have been to their web site maybe twice in two years.

I get the same Attack Page warning here using the latest version of Firefox and Microsoft Security Essentials has no issue with this web site. And since reading things about old Honda minibikes is now an addiction, I'm powerless to stop myself from coming back here anyway.

Thats google they track everything you search and it remembers you so thats how they target their add's to what your recent searches are, for increased click rates. There is some way to disable it hidden deep down in google settings.

Gentlemen (and ladies)...here's the explanation from the site admin:
I have been made aware of this issue and I believe I have found the culprit. This is/was being caused by a redirect script that was somehow embedded in an outdated JavaScript app running within the vbulletin software. I have confirmed that the forums were using an outdated script that was likely compromised and have since fixed the issue. Members should be aware that NO MALWARE was installed on their computers, this was only a harmless yet extremely inconvenient exploit. The site is completely safe to enter and use but some users may have to manually type in the URL to the forums in the meantime. I need to contact Google using their developer tools to ensure them that the issue has been rectified and to "recrawl" the site so the malware flag can be removed. However, this could take a few days to take effect.
