Hello, My Blinkers do work once the bike heats up. Before that they just stay solid. Previously they were always solid until I switched the wires on the relay. I thought I read on here people switching to digital relays but I can seem to find it, anyone have a link to what they used? Thank you!

Yep definitely in the wrong spot and reversed, it was like that when I got it so I reassembled it that way without thinking. Thank you for the reply!

Hello, I may have found the issues i've been having with my carb. Could someone please let me know the location of the throttle spring clip? When I took the carb apart the first time the spring clip was in the throttle valve slide with the Jet Needle and Needle Jet Clip on top of the spring...

No I haven't, the machine only has 170 miles on it, do you think the valves could be out of tolerance so soon?

Hello, I've been struggling with this bike for sometime, just received the proper carb kit (KH-0125), tore apart the carb again. Had all parts cleaned in a ultrasonic parts cleaner with pinsol. Reassembled carb with new carb kit, set float to 21 mm, set pilot air and idle to stock adjustments...

Sorry if this has been asked and answered but I'm looking for a carb kit for my ST90. I can't seem to find any links or parts numbers on the forum here so far. I was thinking of ordering this one...

No the ST has a different throttle type

I just placed an order with Megazip with everything I "think" i need to get this on the road. Hopefully the new throttle cable will help. THere's definitely something wrong here, it's like the bike is 1/4 throttle at all times and will launch if you kick it into gear.

I'm having some issues with my throttle, its quite sloppy and doesn't retract properly. It's more like I twist to go then twist back to slow down. I've taken the cable out and lubricated it as best as possible. Could it be a weak spring in the valve set or is there some adjustment I'm missing...
