This deal too good to be true?

Contacted a guy on CL about a 72 ct70 which looks complete but by no means perfect for $800. He said he also has a 71 CL175 scrambler with title and wants to sell them both for $1500. He said both bikes are fouling the plug but will start and run with a new plug for a bit. Seems like maybe could just be a carb adjustment but who knows till I check it out.

That's me who was selling these. Still have the scrambler. The ct70 wasn't advertised as perfect by any means so...

Scrambler has a title and that's the one that fouls plugs not the ct70. Ct70 ran just fine and never needed another plug except for the one I put in it.

Yeah me too. Still regret not making time to get out there. Two family trips back to back and the distance really quelled the deal for me. Glad you found a buyer.
