The Three Amigos... Sage, Dixie & Wingnut!!!

Tried to post some pics the other day but they didn't take... here's a link to four rounds of pics I took yesterday during a recon of Cape Disappointment. Awesome venue, some of those trails would be fun on a monkeybike, LOL... getting the ticket from the Park Ranger, not as much fun. Here ya go:

Heller views of the mouth of the mighty Columbia River... and the ocean surf was BIG!!! Waves at 9' according to the surf report, which made sense because many of those waves were well overhead, the Canon cam doesn't do 'em justice, LOL.

My brother in Germany sent this pic:

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! DAMN... o_O

The swamp will never be drained, and the Dems will soon be back on track to ruin the country... even Trump can't stop the globalist banksters and their wholly-owned tools. :cautious:

Haven't forgotten y'all, been busy rehabbing a double-wide I bought in southeastern Arizona... long story, never did find a decent fixer in my price range in WA, got caught up in the steel building scam and finally grew tired of the rainy weather, so I dragged all my cr@p back to Arizona and bought this home with a killer view of the Dragoon Mountains. That was a tough gig, camping in subfreezing weather under Cochise Stronghold, but I had plenty of alcohol, a truckload of firewood, and a million-dollar view of the Stronghold... I'll post some primo shots next time I'm on the web. The kittehs survived the coyotes and they're now happily exploring their new home... snowed last night, but this AZ sunshine can't be beat, I'll never leave it again. I'm at 3500' elevation this time around, but I'm free & clear on the home and I've got money left to rehab the place to my standards. Got a huge room up front for the pool table, I'll paint that in the next day or two to get some motivation, LOL. Gonna be a painting fool for 3 or 4 weeks, gotta get that done before putting in new carpet and vinyl flooring. Not my favorite task on the planet, but meh, it'll look good once I'm done, and the view from the windows is awesome...

CHEERS, YOUSE KNUCKLEHAIDS!!! I'LL DRINK A BEER FOR YA WHEN I GET BACK TO MY HOME... I'M ON A SHOPPING RUN IN TOWN.

Holy crap, I thought you washed away! Good to see you posting again. I never expected you to rubber-band your way back to drier air.

Gonna hafta change the name back to Sidewinder, LOL... hey, it snowed here the other day, and more snow is on the way according to weather reports.

That's my cat Crackhead checking out the snow-covered weeds in our yard, LOL. Last pic shows the Dragoon Mountains as seen from my patio at dawn... I've seen more colorful dawns here, I just happened to have the camera handy this morning.

Some pics of our recent camping trip, chillin' under the Dragoon Mountains while waiting for escrow to close on our *new* home:

That marker was a stone's throw from our bivouac site, LOL. When we arrived and I started setting up camp, I discovered that the rain fly to the larger tent was still in the storage unit in town... no way I was going back with two cats in the car, so I took my chances, aye? It rained the second night and some of my stuff got wet, but I dried it the following day in the sun and wind, no worries. I also pitched the smaller tent which DID have its rain fly, and I spent the remaining nights in this tent to avoid another soaking, LOL.

More camping pics:

Pretty cool spot, just a bit exposed to the raw wind at times, luckily I had enough firewood to see us through... kittehs spent nights in the vehicle for safety's sake, 10-4? Million-dollar view of the Dragoon Mountains, there's some excellent climbing on those crags, LOL. Now the kittehs & I are working on our *new* home, it's a fixer but it has great potential as a bachelor pad/mini pool hall. I'll post some pics once I get farther along with the home rehab... hey, my new home has a wet bar, LOL. I've already met some really cool people here, but I'll be busy working on this home for the next two months... those folks wanna hang out, they'll hafta drop by and see me, and I might just put 'em to work, 10-4? Alright, Boyz, time to go, I gotta hot date with paint brush & roller today...

Making progress on our new home... the Pool Room looks pretty good, and I'm working my way back through the house. Installed a cat door first thing this morning, gonna complete a resupply run (more beer) and then lay down some Kilz on about half the subfloor. I have two 5-gallon buckets of Kilz, so I'll roll out two coats on the subfloor of each room, just for added protection. That'll lock in all the stains and funky odors too, this subfloor isn't in bad shape but it's the original subfloor from 1977, so a couple coats of Kilz won't hurt. More prep work & painting tomorrow, I'll be a painting fool for at least two more weeks, particularly in all those rooms destined for new carpeting. Alright, I'm off to WallyWorld for more beer, it's the cheapest place in town for 30-packs, LOL. CHEERS!!!

Is this a manufactured home, as in mobile or double wide? If so, you will probably want to reinforce under the floor a few more supports for the pool table.

Seeking the dream!! (Tulsa BA Jenks Etc.)
00F0F_cfu7FKzE651_600x450.jpg

I will try to convey exactly what i am looking for in renting a room and the roommate I would fit the most with, through this simple, yet true story. By the way I am a straight white guy that's not interested in banana grabbing!

Almost everyday i venture into my usual small cafe to grab breakfast. In that cafe there is one particular dude who works the grill sweating his ass off serving others and somehow loves every minute of it. Everyday that tall lanky dude sees me, he throws up his hand and yells
"Hey Boss how are you" with the biggest and most genuine damn smile on his face ever. He does a job that not to many people would ever want to do, gets no recognition and yet is still happier than almost any other person I know.

Thats the type of guy/girl i want to rent a room from! A person with a zest for life and adventure or a person that has possibly lost it and fell into the same drab routine, that wants out!! Can i get an Amen?

I would like such royalties as WIFI (aka access to the interwebs) and to live with Non-Indoor smoker(s).

I dont care if you live in the butthole of Tulsa or in a Mansion in Broken Arrow its about the person/people.

By the way, the above trailer is my next project that I'd like to build.

No indoor smoking unless it's a nug o' chronic. ;) That would make more sense, if was Sidewinder! Keep looking in the butthole section cause no one wants this fooliot living with them in their mansion.

Jeez, listen to y'all... yes, CJ, it is a double-wide mobile but it has a great view, and the work is coming along so it'll be comfortable enough when I'm done. Good advice on the extra piers & beams or whatever, might need 'em even though the subfloor is pretty solid. More tedious painting to be done today, gotta keep grinding away at it to get 'er done... interior already looks WAY MO' BETTAH, LOL. I don't care if it's a mobile, as long as it's clean & comfortable once I'm done working on it. Gonna run to Sierra Vista in the next few days and order up some carpet, pick up some new (ready-made) chain-link gates for my carport, buy an auger for the buried pipe section leading to the sewer in the street, etc., etc. It's 35 miles each way, but that's the nearest Home Depot, and the local carpet tradesmen are total rip-offs. Well, I'm off to paint, it's a job of work but it's progressing nicely, should look pretty sweet when I'm through with it. My wet bar is gonna look really cool!!! I'll hafta find a couple o' barstools for guests, put my blender back there for some se-wious mixed drinks, LOL. CHEERS!!!

Never touched the stuff, I heard it makes you stupid.:geek: I'm a little busy Red. I am on my way to Sidewinders to hook up his house on the back of my 18 wheeler and take his doublewide for a ride!
It's way too cold and still winter here and I am bored, Dammit!
