Carb bowl missing a bung

I am close to getting this 1972H model back on the road as a mechanical restoration project, but I've encountered a snag. The Carb I have is missing one of the fuel bungs. Any ideas on how to deal with that? I don't recall ever seeing one of these bungs offered separately. Could I just make a bung from aluminum and stick it in there? not sure what the best answer is to solve this one.

Is it just the straight one...brass? Or is it a 90° bend? Someone will have one for you. Might as well keep it stock.

It is the straight one i'm missing. Whoever i got the carb from prob pulled it hard from the fuel line and it stuck in the fuel line.

If it's the same diameter as a K0 carb nipple, you can use a piece of 7/32" brass tubing with a small ring of 1/4" tubing soldered at the open end to act as a ferrule. The carb hole will have to be reamed a bit to accept the tubing. The original nipple measures .1995" and the tubing is .21875" Hopefully, someone here will have one for you.

I have one. The body that inserts into the bowl measures ~5.9mm (~.23"). If this is what you need, shoot me a PM and I'll send your way. $5 delivered.

Just FYI, I've had good results just pressing these back into place. As long as the fit is still really snug, they easily survive a single R&R. Epoxy will leave visible traces, as all that tight fit will scrape away everything but an exposed lip, created at the face of the carb casting.
