hey there, im having some trouble figuring out where and how I can register my ct70 in alberta. my broker seems to think they are not legal on the street here, but i know ive seen one driving around on some major roads, maybe he was doing it illegally. any help would be appreciated.

I live in Alberta (Calgary). Actually haven’t seen any CT70’s on the streets lately. But I’ve seen plenty of scooters etc. They fit into the motorcycle category because they are over 50cc. Requirements say you have to have a horn, mirror, headlight, taillight, brake light, illuminated license plate, speedometer, unmodified muffler and adequate braking for each wheel. They have all of these requirements. For sure when I was a kid they were on the streets in the 70’s.
