This is what I have... It's a flaky type of rust that some of it may be able to be removed, with the right technique.:)
If you are interested, make it worth my time to go back and fourth to the post office to get the ''actual shipping figure'', and then back after I get paid. ;)

Thanks I appreciate it, the one I’m replacing is in about the same condition. My rust pitted the metal pretty bad.

If you want originality, there's really no substitute for OEM and that usually means re-chroming. The repop has much nicer finishing of the plate section but, the upper mount details aren't even close. The tubing is also thinner and not as strong. For a custom, or non-stock/non-purist bike the reproduction can be a good choice.
