Reuse Self Locking Axle Nuts (CT70 K0)?

This is probably a really dumb question, but can self locking axle nuts be reused? Perhaps with blue loctite? My CT70 K0 has them...

Just trying to avoid replacing the nut every time I adjust my chain.

Hecks ya. I reuse them all the time...never bought a new one.

Ive only felt the need to replace one when i can screw it all the way on by hand.

I've never had a problem with a properly torqued axle nut loosening, including the castellated (non self-locking) type.

Thanks for the replies, very helpful. I’ll keep an eye on them, but so far, after several hours of riding, they don’t seem to have budged.
