That's a drag DAX-IT! I'm guessing you already know about https://www.davidsilverspares.co.uk/. They are a honda specialist shop over there :)

Yes, have used them many times, great alternative to CMSNL and because they're in England, postage is OK on smaller orders compared to CMSNL :D.

Why has the postage price rocketed when posting from the States to England ???? It really has gone crazily expensive ???

Be glad you're not forced to use SEA FREIGHT from Japan. 63 days from order to my door.

NEVER UNDER ESTIMATE THE AGGRO THAT YOU'LL GET WHEN REFITTING A FUEL TANK BACK INTO AN ST90 !!!!!!!!! WHAT A PAIN IN THE F*K**N AR5E!!!

Guys, just a little help note for anyone undertaking this job:-

1. Be sure to lay the main wiring loom down the centre "Gulley" in the frame.

2. Put grease on the outside of the rubbers that wrap round the tank.

3. Put grease on the underside of the fuel tank so it doesnt wedge itself on the wiring loom as you push it forward.

4. Be sure the two pipes on the tank (that the fuel lines attach to) dont snag on the metal lugs that fold over the wiring loom.

5. Put masking tape over the edges of the frame as the tank will scrape your paintwork as you try to put it in/push forward.

6. Make sure the two bolts that hold the top plate and seat hinge are removed as the tank rubber will snag on them.

7. Use a soft rubber hammer to lightly tap the fuel tank forward and be careful!!

8. Put a thick cloth on any part of the tank you're tapping with the rubber hammer (I tapped on the thin edge where the 2 halves of the tank are seam welded together).

9. I found it easier to do the job with the engine out, as you can see underneath if anything is snagging (like the two pipes on the tank (that the fuel lines attach to).

10. I give you these words of wisdom after doing this job myself and finding this info out the hard way !!!!!!!!!
