YEs, but that's for two pair of them. And it might be cheaper to ship to you. Each set was 172GPB. ANyway, for those wanting details, the GS450 requires 16lb springs and the Norton 20lb springs for a 180lb rider. They also have lengths in every 10mm. They told me they'd be in my hands in 2 weeks.

For anyone looking for decent rear shocks I just secured these. 3 days from Thailand to Australia. Genuine YSS shocks. Installed and seem to work brilliant.

The bolt pattern is identical. The CT70 engine is a good ~70mm narrower. If you have the Nice footrest assembly, the sidestand is part of the upper bracket, directly bolted to the engine; the footrest assembly bolts to the upper bracket, insulated by 4 large (~60mm OD) rubber grommets & matching stovepipe hat-shaped spacers. The crossbar is solid, including the pegs.

It is possible to fit a CT70 footrest using spacers...IMO, it's poor fit. OTOH, it is also possible to fit an aftermarket footrest assembly. I once used a Jincheng footrest asm, that originally was bolted to a Zongshen 110 motor.

Hey Bob

Do you or anyone know if CT110 Postie bike footpegs bracket would fit the Nice 110?

you'd have remove the the mounts on the footrests, make new ones, and then reweld them back on. They should clear fine if you want to put the work in them.

Dual mirrors were not required in the US until 1973. Best setup I've seen is a bar-end mounted mirror; that solves the width/visibility issue and plays well with folding bars. You don't have many options for a RH mirror; the throttle assembly prevents using most bar-end mounts. It comes down to a choice between drilling the lever perches or using clamp-on mirrors.

Bob

when you say drilling, just drill an 8mm hole in the lever perch and use a nut to secure the mirror?

Bolting the mirror down won’t compress the perch will it?

i just bought a near new rhs mirror

Ok so I bought this mirror and had a look at drilling through the the perch. That seems way off. The best option seems to be a billet mount which I’m seeking as I need to mount the mirror more horizontally rather than the angle the perch provides
