    140cc pipe recommendations

I finished my 1970 CT70 restore. It is fitted with a 140cc yx motor. I need a new pipe that flows well to take advantage of the motor. I would like some thing that looks stock but I am not sure if that is an option. Any suggestions?

    Wheel bearing help needed

Hi Kirby, thanks for responding. I did make sure to line up the gear in the Speedo. I also checked to make sure it was spinning. Ironically my brother' bearding in his front wheel are hard to turn too. His back wheel like mine is fine. I did order some oem bearings today just in case.

    Wheel bearing help needed

I just put new bearings in my 1971 CT70 restore. The front bearings are are hard to turn and the wheel does not spin freely when the nut on the axle is tightened. I the axle guide tube is in the hub. I believe all the spacers are correct as well.

    Chrome shop recommendation

Those look great! I assume my fenders could not be done. The top has some places where the chrome has come off but the bottom of the fender is really pitted. I would not know how to fix that.

I did not notice it until after I bought my headlight assembly that they had a metal one. On a side note how do most people run the wires from the taillight into the body? I can see them. Is there a way to route them so they are not noticeable?

    Zinc Plating

Looks good! I have the same tumbler and medium. I have been plating my zinc plating my own stuff although it come out of plating with a dull gray finish. I think have to take steel wool to it. It is an easy process but not when it comes to parts like the seat latch. It is almost impossible to...
