I had hell in Texas getting my 70 titled I had to go through the bonded title process. You can purchase a surety bond and the event it was stolen you would recover your losses. I purchased mine for 6000 and it cost me $150

I have fuel filters on my Metal tanked bikes. But my bikes with plastic tanks I do not. I think it can save a lot time and trouble.

It has a cap on it. The only lines coming out of the gas tank are the 2 for the carb. I guess it could be a vent of some kind not sure
