    Anyone seen a 3.5" x 3.5" x 4" 12 volt?

I use a Yuasa 12v battery, it fits in the stock CT carriers without the rubber inserts. Part number YB 2.5L-c-1 . I got from my local dealer... Very pleased with them... Dan<!-- google_ad_section_end --><!-- / message --><!-- sig -->

    K0 Fork Rebuild/Upgrades?

Kirk, you are correct! You will have to either bore your existing lower clamp or buy the lower clamps to accept the new style 27mm forks. Remember, you'll also have to figure out a way to use some type of fork ear so that you can mount the headlight. It's all about what you want to do with the...

    Painter in Dallas area?

I have to be honest... I think I've spilled gas down the frame of my powder coated bike just about every time I've filled my bike (not something to be proud of, I know). I'm always real concerned about running out of gas and being stranded so I always top off. I've spilled VP all over place too...

    Headlight Ear Woes

Hey Chris... I know what you're going through, I too had a real tough time trying to find some good fork ears and covers for my bike too, my bike has K1 top and bottom clamps. I ended up making my own. I went to a local metal supply house with my calipers and found the correct ID of my chinese...

    top speed ???

With 17/35 gearing my Lifan big bore quickly hits mid 60's, any taller and I would start to loose bottom end. The cheapy Oko 26mm works like a champ but feel it's still fat, I'm gonna go with a 90 and see how she does.. My build cost? I'm right at a grand and run crap gas.. Pretty cheap...

    lifan exhaust systems

I have the R&L exhaust system on one of my bikes, I purchased it from Dratv, the system is very light with a beautiful chrome finish on the header pipe and the can is polished. Without the quiet insert installed the system is quite loud for my personal taste so I keep the insert in. The only...

For those of you asking about wheels

I've had those wheels on my bike for about 1300 miles with no signs of premature wear on the hub where the clip holds the sprocket on. I watch it like a hawk, no problems so far... These knockoff wheels are actually quite nice because they are very true and make for a nice, smooth ride at higher...

    Lifan 125cc on CT70

Hey Paul, as far as time goes it should really only take you a day or two to get it mounted up, it might take you more time to sort out the wiring. The only reason why I suggested a new knockoff harness is because it's already wired for the 12v system with wires for the voltage regulator and CDI...

My new Lifan 107 from Hooper

Hmm... How's the bottom end power on the bike? Just an idea, since there are so many applications for these import motors it's possible that the counter shaft sprocket is a 13 or 14 which would give you some good bottom end performance but it would lack in the top end speed of the bike...
