The trailbuddy clamp does not have a threaded hole for the third bolt on the fender and the casting looks rough. I have one somewhere if you need one.

I've re-sized them for XR forks you need to take them and have them bored at a machine.They need to perfect to get them to hold and be safe.

So with a little case trimming or machining and new CDI ignition this kit would work on the SL bottom end.:)

Is it the stater plate that will not work with with the newer crank. Or can you switch to a newer CDI system with this 6v bottom end?

Will this crank work with the TB 88cc kit? I already have a SL motor and I really want the four speed.

Thanks GT, Dr.atv sells a cdi conversion kit for the H and the SL that would have the correct plate, I was trying to make sure that the fly wheel off that kit and every thing else would work. The kit sells for $575 which seems pretty resonable.
