Most times, you can heat the race with a torch and turn the triple tree over and bang it on the workbench and it will just fall off. On some stubborn ones, you heat it a push it off with a screwdriver.

Gary actually over cooked it with his casserole test. 400 is the max temperature of any powder currently on the market. Many are lower temp than that. The part only spends 10-13 minutes at that temperature during the cure cycle.

I coat an average of one swingarm a week with the bushings still in place. No issues. Another member here did a more scientific test where he baked one for an hour and it came out fine.

Another issue is the brake locator nub on the front fork leg. The Z50 front brake plate uses a smaller spud that fits into the groove to stop torsional rotation. You'd have to mill the Z50 brake plate some to make the larger 70 nub fit into the groove.
