Someone gave me an innertube which is full of rust. Been soaking it in soapy water and spraying it with WD40 but the rust is still there. Any suggestions?

Is this CT70 a DAX, Paranah or some other brand? Maybe you have a similar identification number. The VIN# is LJCPGBLC111000048 and the engine number is JC 139 FMA-2 *DD12000465* ???

I had this happen on the S90 I restored. No rattle, but would slow down and stop running. Turned out to be a bad rectifier which was not charging the battery. Check your lights on with the 2nd click of the ignition switch after it stops running.
