    A couple of tech questions?

My 1969 Z50 is able to start with no battery but my 1970 CT70H needs a jumper wire when no battery is used, what's the difference between them? Also, on my CT70H, does a battery need to be installed in order for the lights and horn to work? Thanks

My next project - Whizzer/Honda hybrid?

Recently picked up this 1949 Whizzer Sportsman and I have been looking at my options of what to do with it. I've been thinking about building a little custom using a small honda vertical twin for a motor, maybe a single. Any suggestions on what would make a good swap?

    Just like new again!

Picked up this 1970CT70H a few years ago with 300 miles on the speedo. The air cleaner element turned to dust after removing side plate and inspecting. Disassembled the carb and had it ultra sonic cleaned. Took it off the bench the other day, put some gas in it and it wouldn't stay running. Took...

Anyone familiar with this headlight assy?

This headlight assy. came on my K3. As you can see it has a metal bucket with two openings and a indentation for the neck. The bezel is adjustable like on the hardtails. It is marked: HM-10N-S. The OEM plastic replacement is marked HM-11N-S. What year(s) did these come on?

    The latest score!

Recently picked up this 1977 Z50, except for the later style exhaust, this bike is 100% original. Doesn't really need anything (except a stock exhaust) but I'll get it on the bench, service it and give it some TLC. New tires and tubes are already here.

I picked this little Honda up over the summer and have been doing some maintenance on it. Cleaned the carb, changed the oil and air filter, lubed the chain etc. Not shown is the NOS...

    What would you do?

The original fender that came on this bike was pretty crumpled. I used a dolly and straightened it the best I could. Then I wire brushed the underside, sprayed some self-etching primer on it, taped up the rolled over edge then sprayed with some rubberized undercoating. I like the look, easy to...

    Is this switch housing salvageable?

I've been working on my '73AK4 correcting some of the issues on this winter project. This switch housing is the on/off type which is missing the rocker part. Can these be sourced anywhere and repaired or do I have to locate another housing/switch? Thanks
