I've got a CT70E 3 speed engine and frame (same machine), if anyone is interested - engine serial number indicates its a 1980. Pretty sure the engine is a runner but have not bench tested it yet (may bench test it shortly). Engine turns over and seems to shift ok. All threads including mounting...

Hi, new member here. I'm mostly a collector of Arctic Cat minibikes but I'm looking forward to digging into my 1974 K3 Trail 70 which I've had since a young teenager in the early 80's. It's 98% complete. It's been sitting idle in my dad's garage for 35 years so I've got more than a few questions...

I'm hoping to fabricate a stock looking franken-saust... but first I need a few parts. Ideally I would like to find the header portion of a larger diameter aftermarket exhaust, and a stock muffler. I really only need the shell of the muffler, so loose baffles and a rotted off header portion suit...

Anybody know the diameter of a CT70s header pipe off hand? I did a search but have not stumbled across it yet.... The reason I ask is that I just acquired a '71 that's header is completely rusted out...the exhaust bolts are in real bad shape too. If I knew the size I could possibly find a...
