So i'm a little confused about wiring up a headlight on my 1973 trail 70 after getting a Lifan 125cc engine. Theres a yellow wire coming out of the engine, which from my understanding is an active power wire. My question is, would I be able to hook the headlight up to this wire to power it, or...

I want to remove all the lights and blinkers etc and get rid of all that clutter of wires in the headlight. But not sure which ones can be cut out. Help me out !!!!
