I found a post that said use 3rd and walk the bike till it starts. It did.
But it was such hard starting afterwards (kick). After all the back and forth in my head, i am starting to think its the carb - which i rebuilt, but maybe not well enough. The idle and mixture are responding, but I don't think that well.
Idle 1 turn out
mixture 2 turns out (doesn't increase of decrease much, but will kill the motor)
Spark is good.
Timing is right on.
Can't get the valve covers off unfortunately.
Slept on it and it did help placing the kick starter at 12 o'clock for more oomph on the stroke. I hate throwing parts at a problem, but I'm out of ideas. Any thoughts that come to mind?
