A CT110 is not exactly a sportbike. Adding a bubble fairing would be like putting a wing on a Jeep Wrangler. I don't know what look you're after, but a clean stock CT is pretty cool as it is, a set of street tires will make it ride smoother and steer easier.
I have a Harley Road King with a removeable windshield. I prefer an open face helmet with a bubble shield due to the excellent visibility. I leave the windshield off unless it's really cold or I have to cover a lot of freeway miles. On my little Hondas, I prefer wind in in the face. If it's really cold out, I just switch to a full face helmet and a neck gator. I'm 6' 2" and when cruising on all my little Hondas I like to ride with my feet on the passenger pegs with my body canted slightly forward. It helps balance the wind blast and eases the pressure on my back (I'm 69). I don't know if you want to add a screen for style or protection, no style points in my opinion, but at least get one that is easily removeable.
