This looks to be a good price for this bike. They say all electrics work and it starts 1st or 2nd kick everytime, and runs and shifts just fine, BUT 'Bill of Sale Only'. Does anyone know what you have to go through and how much it costs to register this Street Legal in California without a Pink? Probably Inspection, right. Don't know if the VIN # is in California's system or not. Do you think I would be able to do a search for the VIN
on-line?
