1973 k2 Speedo Cable

So i'm looking to purchase a speedometer and cable for my 73 CT70 and have run into an issue. Online a lot of the speedo cables are labeled separately as k0 cables, k2 cables etc. but all of them look pretty much identical with the split tongue end. Are these cables interchangeable? Is there a difference in the cables besides the length of it?

Only differences are overall length and outer sheathing color. K0 is a unique length, it's the only model with the integral speedo/HL assembly.
