Anyone know anywhere to buy 1992 ct70 frame decals? I’ve looked on eBay and all the major sites,,CMSNL has diagrams but no part numbers on the frame decals or anything electronic…. I picked a 92 up cheap on market place..there’s a big difference in these late model 12 volts then the early 6volt classics I’m used to working on..I’ll post pics of it tomorrow..

The late 12v bikes seem to have way less reproduction stuff floating around than the early ones. Those frame decals might end up being a scan-and-reprint deal if NOS doesn't surface.

Yes that’s what I’m starting to think also,,,good thing I know a good graphic's guy!!

This is the 1992 I picked up for $400 off local marketplace..only 700 has miles but looks like it lived in a salty environment,, the aluminum motor cases are like power corrosion,,,I mean marine grade corrosion!!! Lol. good thing theres not much chrome to rust..the guy took the tank out and the carb off 10 years ago..The tank is full of rust power,,the carb just has the normal varnish and I have a carb kit coming,..he also had the ignition switch out,, I got the numbers off it and have a cut key coming..over all the bike is all there and unmolested..the only thing I can see missing is the tool box that mounts under the seat,,the seat has no tears,,,the motor has great compression so I think it will run…it’s number 991 built that year and was last tagged in 2002..it rolls perfectly and all cables all feel good as well as all the switch’s,,,I picked up a new Honda headlight ring for $32 off eBay ..I’m not sure if I want to restore ,leave as is or part out? As a hole I don’t think these late model CT’s are worth much but would be an easy and rather cheap restore job..the paint color is Italian red that should be easy get and spray. The white hubs and rims I’m having a hard time getting use to..haha. What was Honda thinking? I’ll post updates as it comes along

Being no one sells and no longer available through Honda I have my graphics guy on reproducing them if anyone is in need ,,,also if anyone has some late unrusted forks or just the tubes im a buyer..

Yes good thought,,,I have a set of sl70 forks that are also 27mm..I had the lower triple tree holes hole bored out by my machinist on one of my custom built CT’s and have 27mm sl70 forks on it..they work really nice..I’ve always wondered if a st90 has 27mm forks and could one use the trip tree on a ct? If so it would save the machine work..
