I looked at that and came to the conclusion that someone ran it into something. Look at the position of the handlebars.

Yep, the bike's been crashed for sure, I'd be worried if the frame's Ok. It looks like the engine has a new carb on it but still not run.

Lot's more money in parting this bike than selling a semi-totaled(?) motorbike. Iwould be interested in the engine for a decent 108cc build.....

The late model 90's bikes are nice when not abused!:p

LOL.....New carb and hasn't run...Meaning "I kicked and kicked until I was blue in the face and it wouldn't start". Leaking fuel gives that away....Bet it has no spark because of the hacked and missing switch.

IDK...crashed hard enough to crush the headlight shell & front fender and move the handlebars, but not hard enough to bend the fork legs, front wheel or break the speedometer...wtf?

If this really is the result of crash damage, then the frame & fork legs may be scrap metal. And the handlebars are probably bent to :censored:. The late-type, BMX-style, bars are made from very thin tubing and bend much more easily than the `69-`78 foldable type. These frames are incredibly strong, along the steering head tube area. But, there's nothing really special about a 12v frame.

OTOH, the engine looks like it's had its share of water exposure...along with the shares of a few other bikes.:19: I'd consider the engine nothing more than a buildable/rebuildable core.

IMO, maybe a couple hundred worth of parts here. This machine has been beaten to death, with face cord of ugly sticks.:deadhorse:
