Greetings. Just got this off the trailer. It's missing a couple of minor things. Hard to get a straight answer about the history of this little gem other than it was a bike owned by the owner of Good Guys in California, which I've never heard of.
It has red overspray on muffler guard. One foot peg was repainted. And seat has been redone.
The odometer read 1,100 miles
The seller claims it's all original. So I pointed out what I noticed and he became agitated. Wish the bike could talk...

P.S. We have 2 others like it. They were a gift from my father-in-law to our son.
Thanks for looking, David.

The ''it's all original'' liars usually don't like to be called out. He must have thought you are stupid or something. I would have told him to save that line of :poop: for someone else. Looks to be in good shape though.

We answered his '69 ct90 add & turns out he's got lots of bike for sale. He told us this long story about how the original owners wife laid it down, put a big scratch/dent on the front forks, so the husband parked it in the shop as is. Looked the guy in the eye & told him what I noticed. Looked at my father in law & said "I'm not interested". The guy wanted $1,800! I don't deal with people I can't trust.
So anyway, they went back and forth on price (I thought the seller was going to have a heart attack). He got them both for $1,750. List price for 90 was $400, not running but complete.
We get in the truck to leave and father in law says the 70 is yours.

Thanks. Have to say he's my best bud. He helped me finish a job at work till 10pm last night.
We are putting his 90 together now. He needed an air box, rear pegs & headlight bucket, so he bought this for parts. Can't wait to get a picture of him on it.
