That's awesome detdrbuzzard! How was the first ride? Are you impressed?
Are you going to be changing the decals...as many folks do? Or just leave it all stock?

i haven't started it up yet, i still need to do an oil change, plug in the rear turn signals and flush out the fuel tank. i'm not going to put Honda decals on it though the two decals i like are styled like Honda's. if the weather is good i'll fire it up Friday. hey Kirrbby, JW said to tell you hello

Love my Icebear Champion. I installed a 17t counter sprocket, Nibbi 22mm carb and 4.00x10 Trailwings and it’s a great bike. Hard to beat for $1500.
i have a 17t sprocket and a 22mm Nibbi carb and a new NGK waiting to be installed. i have one 4.00 trailwing that's going on the rear, i'll order another one soon. work is a slow process for me now that i've got vertigo and i'm having neck issues
i've watched and enjoyed a few of your vid's on YT

took my first ride on the IceBear this evening. the seat is too soft and the forks seem stiff. i'll find my shock adjustment tool so i can set the shocks one click softer. it has more power than my CT 70h or JW's Lifan 125 powered CT 70 but he has the wrong carb on his. the headlight seems brighter than the one on my CT 70h and i added some Grab On grip covers

spent six hours at henry's this morning then came home and relaxed for a couple hours. ate the last half of my breakfast sandwich before going out and giving the IceBear its first oil change and installing the black '79 license plate. once done with that i took a short ride

I'm on the last leg of a 12hr visit with the general. Maybe I can take a short ride this evening...if wifey allows it :)
Come this time next week...we might both have some Xtra time to tinker..?

i'll be tinkering later this week. yesterday on my way back home i heard my tire rubbing so i stopped to check it out and found the tire rubbing on the chain guard. what i found after looking it over today is a broken axle adjuster
