ok.
Those z50 hardtails look pretty sweet. But, they dont meet your standards, so they are junk. I understand now, thanks...
They shouldn't meet anyone's standards. A good amount of parts don't swap between the 1968-1971 genuine honda and the reproduction including tank, front end, taillamp, etc. and it's a poorly made reproduction to boot. I would consider a good amount of the componentry a parts-bin special probably sourced from a number of companies and tossed together in China to make a quick buck.
In fact, I know the owner of the company who designed the bike in China and he ran out of $$ to finish the project and the manufacturer who was making "some" of the parts had to toss this together to salvage the loss to get rid of these.
Technically aren't even legal to import into the USA since they don't meet US safety standards thus the reason why they are being marketed as a
non-road legal "kit" bike so the importer didn't have to deal with the EPA regs.
I've seen one of these in person and they are nowhere near the quality of the other "import" copies here in the US market.
