Can you keep the stock carb when you put an 88cc big bore kit with a big cam, big head porting and just change the jet in the carb?????

You really need to go with a bigger carb so you get the maximum amount of air into the mix and the maximum amount of performance bang for your buck. I would also go with an aftermarket air filter to improve the flow even more. Given all the changes you made, your engine needs to breath.

I'd run the trailbikes 20mm intake, carb and air cleaner and pick up one of their jet packs as well.
