Blue or Yellow Zinc OEM??

Can anyone

tell me if the yellowish parts and bits that look like gold zinc plating is indeed factory or did they start out silver and over time turn a goldish color?? The drive chain tensioner and rear brake spring are most certainly factory yellow but the rear brake cam and arm are just slightly yellow. Is this just age and they started out silver??

Blue is closest to the original cadmium.

Here are some plated parts and from looking at NOS pics this is what I come up with. I still can't conclude if these parts were the silver/blue bright color from the factory or gold. Iook at the last two pics and the parts do look yellow. Is it age or originally that gold color????
