C102/C100 Wheel Offset

I just wrapped up a couple wheel re-spokes for my C102 restoration. I planned to center the hubs. But before I do that, does anyone have any specs on offset?
 
I’m just thinking out loud here - wouldn’t you center the rim between the two lips that catch the spokes on the hub. And then offset the wheel hub assembly within the forks via spacers on the axle as necessary?

I do have a c102 wheel off the frame and now I want to take a look at it but I can’t get to it for a couple of weeks
