Carb cleaning, is my jet clogged?

Hello,

So this is my first thread on this forum!

I recently decided to take back my ct70 that was sleeping on a barn for almost two decades.

I started by cleaning the carb and the smallest jet seems clogged, but i'm not sure. I'm i suppose to see through it?

There's a good chance that it is clogged. The ID is beyond tiny. After a 20-year hibernation, I'd treat the carb to a rebuild kit...which includes a minty-new pilot jet among the contents.
