Hi guys
Looking for advice for a replacement carb for my 1981 CT110.
Looking on line brings up so many choices.
Some with throttle cables some without fuel shut off valves.
Can you guys who have done this give me some links or help
to get one going.

Thanks
CTPete

Do you have the original carb? That would help, and if you post pictures, someone may know which replacement would be best.

Yes it has the original carb and stock jetting. Will see about a picture.
Was hoping some here would have done it already and could tell which one
worked with minimal problems.

Thanks

Why not rebuild the original? if it is beyond repair, spend the extra money and buy an oem carb, a $20 carb is a $20 carb.

Yes I could do that. I did it years ago when I first got the bike. I had to grind a seat out a little bit that had
what looked like a fine corrosion line on it that prevented a good seal.. It is running fine as far as my
limited knowledge goes.
I had read that the new carb offerings were better right out the box. And for the small amount they
cost , thought why not give it a try.
It is surprising no one on this site hasn't done this swap.
