Ct 70 KO wiring harness

I recently bought a KO series wiring harness and everything seems to be right except the blue wir coming from back for the headlight and speedometer lighting is not there And the plug end for the ignition switch will not plug up with factory switch
 
Show us the harness that you bought...the link to the one you bought.

The ignition switch plugs should all be the same. There is a male tab that has to line up to the slot when the plug is indexed correctly...spin it until they line up...the plug them together.
Does your switch have the blue wire? Is there a blue wire in the new harness...where it plugs into the ignition switch?
Do you have the correct dimmer switch on the handlebar?
Have you referenced a wire diagram?
