CT110 high pitched squeal/whistle in front end

Trying to pin down this high pitched squeal on my CT110's front end and just wondering if anyone has suggestions. Gonna grease the speedometer cable tomorrow but I did lube that before, so I dunno if it would be that. The sound almost sounds like a whistle, and seems to be rpm dependent, but only in 4th gear holding higher rpm cruising. Definitely not engine noise or drivetrain, it's definitely something to do with the front end

Use process of elimination. Disconnect speedo cable, noise still present. Try same rpm in different gears. Try different gears at same mph. Try going down long hill in neutral. Try going down long hill in neutral with engine off. Make sure it's not wind noise from your helmet.

Oh I hate illusive noises like that.lol
I've had cars make a whistle noise that turned out to be the aircleaner at highway speeds.
Mirrors can make noises too. Might be one of the cables position.

Looks like I fixed it, it was a combination of things. The rack was definitely the main cause, but the speedometer cable needed lube too, and the brakes were very slightly dragging. Now that it's quiet I can hear the wheel bearings are toast too lol
