Although my CL will do 80, I haven't and wouldn't ride it that fast for fear of my life. It does accelerate to 60 quicker than most cars but it's not the safest bike, it's very light, spindly, skinny tires, and the brakes have much to be desired. And to tell the truth, at my age, I don't feel that comfortable doing 80 even on my Road King.
