Successful alchemy...American blues meets Indian raga. This one even predates jazz fusion. Amazing how much creativity was presented to the public before international corporations took control over nearly everything.

Okay, Bulletproof Red69 (LOL), they can sing, and the wild dresses don't hurt, but that big ol' bass is something special... me beloved elderly mum played violin for Tommy Dorsey & his orchestra right after WWII, when the Big Band Era was going off with the Dorsey Brothers and Glenn Miller, and she liked that footage of the bass player gettin' down and playin' some good ol' tunes on his rig, LOL. Sheeee-it, I'm probably dating myself here, but me beloved mum & I enjoy listening to Lawrence Welk on PBS on Saturday nights, and I was self-raised on the goddam Pistols & Dead Kennedys, go figure... there is something fundamentally WRONG with that admission, but that's okay, I don't expect ANYONE here to understand, LOL.
