Paint it in the bathroom so you can use the exhaust fan to get rid of the fumes.:p:p:p
, Is that how you do it?

Maybe in N. Las Vegas lol:D... I painted out back and its a Hot one!:devilish:

At 2700 Ft this elevation makes the sun really biting, long sleeve shirts... are mandatory. All the construction guys wear long sleeves, the sun sucks, c'mon early Fall!

Hey CJ, I lived in OK when I was four, LOL:LOL:
I was at Clinton Sherman AFB in 1965. I was made to take swimming lessons there at age 4! It was cold as hell but I've swam ever since!;)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Got The hub on!
The rear hub ... this one took a little more finesse to get it in Right:cool:. I had to sand all paint off the sprocket Hub where it connects and even a slight bit of aluminum. Mounted once, took apart, sanded some more, sanded aluminum finely and now it fits perfect! I didn't want to force it, that's all i need is to break the AL.:cautious:

So now I just need to bolt it on the CT70 and I'm ready to cruise! Gonna wait till the sun falls a little more, garage is kinda a sauna now.
Here's some pics!!!

I just found the old bolt set, the nuts will fit and they are a bigger than the HDepot ones. As far as the bolt, i can cut the excess off, should be Ok. Haven't even got my vise set up yet, can't wait to set up my shop..properly.:coffee:

If the freakin weather cooperates, might be able to take a quick ride. Woke up to rain, monsoon season is in play. Also known as flash flood season, it comes & goes but the heat & humidity stays.:X3:yuck, hate humidity.

So i cut all the bolts and used stock nuts.(y)

I'm ready to set the 72cc Land SpEEd Record :D

I used my trusty WEN rotary tool with carbon wheel. Gotta say, that carbon wheel is great, stayed in tact, the bolts didn't.;)

100_0112.JPG Use welding gloves cause there will be sparks! 100_0111.JPG

Ok, Boys & Girls from around the world!(y) THe Rims are installed and its a cruiser!;)

Its a tight fit for sure but it spins Great! I went around the clubhouse and will cruise it some more. Tomorrow all the construction dudes aren't working so Ill have the place all to myself and will do a speed run.

35mph was the fastest speed today, believe me it had some more in the tank, I bet i may get 45mph on a long straight way.

As far as the handling; it has a flickability now that wasn't there with the ten inch tires. It feels faster than the Ten inch Trail tires. These are a great street improvement, they do make the bike an inch taller tho.Gonna do some more cruisin....

Looks like the same distance ''on the stand'' from the ground to the tire in the old and new photos, you must be smoking some good :poop: :). I'm celebrating with a BIG Budweiser... It looks good Adam.

Thanks and Cheers OC! (y) It was kinda the long way to get it done!:Dlol But I learned a lot about these tubeless rims & tires and I can say i'm a big fan!
I found the Flat bolt for the shock so i can put that last side on, and this bike fits in the house, so i can avoid the sweat fest in garage.

Check it out; The bolt from the blinker control vibrated off and the mirror flopped down when I was out cruising, :D
:eek:so now I need that bolt and the chain guard bolt that fell off too:mad: Lol, I'm sure i have spares somewhere....found the right side mirror, gonna get that on there too.
Vermont done cashed my check I sent Aug 30th so the Registration should be here this week! Cool Beans:)
