I have been watching these on ebay for many years and have not noticed any changes in the number offered. The quality seems to be getting better perhaps because they are becoming a more popular collectors item.

Its about the same number offered. It always goes up when nice weather rolls around again. People are a little more savvy now on what price they can get since more people realize they are collectable. Suppliers watch the market as well and adjust their prices accordingly.

If anything, the quantity of bikes and parts is down from the peak years circa 2000-2003. It's seasonal, but the market is just going through normal cycles. Since nothing ever gets cheaper, higher resale values on bikes and parts are a good thing. As long as suppliers can earn a buck parts availability will be positively impacted and the bikes will remain viable... mo'better for anyone who enjoys building/riding/collecting them:)

All motor vehicle listings have a seasonal component. As soon as there's a whiff of spring in the air, the listings grow.
