I have a feeling no amount of lapping in the world is going to fix it. 🤣 Sometimes you have to buy 2 new valves and take it to a machinist to cut the seats.

Possible ;

New valves are always a good idea, I'd see if they'll lap in before letting anyone else touch it .

DON'T FORGET THE VALVE GUIDE O-RING OR IT WILL SMOKE BLUE ! .

Started!! I relapped both valves (new) using the trick of hot glue to keep the suction cup attached. Compression went from 75 to 125 and the sucker finally started! Putting high air pressure into the spark plug hole was the thing that helped the most. The hot glue was key to a good lap.
Thank you all for such great advice!
