A failed condenser that is visibly identifiable as such, is rare. That's fugly but, can't tell if that's a painted-on sealant, soldering flux, or just bad soldering. From that looks of this stator, it wouldn't be a bad idea to throw new points & condenser at it. Even if that's not the problem, you'll have elminated two possible problems and set yourself for a lot of miles (kilometers) of trouble-free spark, once you do figure out what's not working.

yo racer.. do you think just points and condensor or does it look like i need the wire wrapped magnets to?? and if i get points and condensor the last piece would be coil and thats it... right??

Diagnosing electrical parts...coils, condensers, points in a few small photos alone ain't gonna happen. Only way to test coils is with an ohmmeter. Points can be checked using an ohmmeter & continuity tester but, primarily, the contacts must be clean (which should be easy enough for you to verify) and the rubbing block intact. Testing a condenser is impractical; when in doubt, spend the whopping $8 and replace it.

You're coming at this from too many angles at once, and cobbling-together mismatched/unverified parts at the same time. Does that strike you as a recipe for success? Learn how the circuit is supposed to be wired...coils, points, kill switch. At this late stage, replace the points, condenser & spark plug. As for adapting a used coil from another bike, you're on your own; either figure out how it's supposed to be wired or quit dicking around and just source the correct parts for this bike and be done with it.
