Early CT70 Production Numbers and Build Dates: CT70KO to CT70K4

Most sources will show that only 5500 1976 CT70’s were produced. Saw this one online today. This is the highest numbered 76 I’ve recorded.

I wonder how early this silver tag is I bought 20 years ago? Vin is ct70- 103xxx

Assume it was made in 69? Any other info?
