Doesn’t look like that is a CT 70 carb to me? The first pic is from my 1980 ct 70 and the second pic is of the 1st gen carb (reproduction). They both have 2 inlets for the fuel lines Open and Reserve. You should be able to make it work with a T or a Y connector . Looks like The line the screwdriver is pointing to is the drain outlet for the carb bowl.

Thats weird, that is the carb that was on the mini,it's a kei hin and I know nobody has changed it, it's been in storage for 45 years and nobody has ever messed with it. That's why I'm asking the community dumb questions as I'm just starting to bring her back and learning, thank you honda people, without yall I'd be lost and the bike just sitting there.

The head is an E22 Chinese head, it wouldn't surprise me if the carb is a Chinese clone, especially with the choke lever on the right side. Please post up the engine VIN number, located under the front drive sprocket and behind the shift lever shaft. I'm leaning towards it being a Chinese engine, as well.

The one where the screwdriver is pointing is a drain/overflow line. The fuel inlet is the one up top.
There should be a screw near the bottom of the carb bowl. If you loosen it, any fuel in the bowl should drain out thru that short hose.

Your gas tank has 2 outlets...one is the reserve line, and should have ribs on the hose. The other is the ON line, and is smooth. In your situation, hook up the reserve line, and plug the ON line.

You could also buy an inline petcock with 2 inlets (on/reserve) one outlet straight to carb…connect correctly and you would still have on and reserve so you would know when it’s time you to filler with $5 of gas….haha I remembered when I could fill a trail70 for 35 cents!!!
