$3.49 for 87 in Inola,OK, just east of Tulsa.
We hear around here that we're pumping the hell out of it and the refineries are overwhelmed. So, the oil companies are selling at least half overseas(while importing) because the EPA wont let anyone build new refineries. There hasn't been one built around here in 30 years. California has alot more stringent laws concerning refinery emissions than we do here. Not to mention taxes. Its at least 10cents/gallon here in OK. California is probably around 40cents/gallon. Sorry.
