How to identify CT70H Heads & Cylinders

I have a CT70H Motor but not sure the head or cylinder is correct. Are the parts for a H model have different stamping on them then the 3 speed motor?

I have seen more HK0s with "e10" than anything else. Have also seen "e9" and now and then an "e8". Honestly, I have not seen enough untouched HK0s to know for sure what they were born with.

Here is the pic of my HK1 head when it was being reconditioned. VIN build date is 9/71.

My engine came off of a 11/70 built bike that was 58 numbers lower than it's frame. Should have bought that as well back in '03

Late to the party by a half decade, but after seeing this, I thought I should add to the Honda encyclopedia. This head is stamped E8 10 from my HK1. October 1971 manufacture date on VIN tag.
