Is this Z50 a good deal?

I have an opportunity to buy the Z50 in the attached photos for $2500, but I'm planning on trying to get the seller down to $2000. I have only ever owned CT70s and am not familiar with Z50s at all. I have not seen this Z50 in person yet. Is this a fair asking price? If/when I go to look at it in person, is there anything I should look for in terms of red flags or warning signs? In the photos, does it look like it has all of the factory parts? Do you see anything that looks aftermarket? I like my bikes to be all factory, except for maybe some electrical upgrades. The seller says it starts right up and runs great. Appreciate any/all input!

I never owned one, but the taillight and bracket do not look right at all... Hard to tell from the crappy pictures but maybe slightly bent bars. Otherwise, a nice little bike. Wait a minute, the left side tank looks dented in in the first pic. I wouldn't pay 2000 if its dented. Could be the lighting. What do you think?

It’s an all original paint k-2 model ….. It looks like the tail light and bracket are not correct..the seats been swapped or recovered being it should have a seam on both sides at the rear corners. The key switch looks like it might be in the wrong direction? . other than that if it runs I would personally give $2000 ..but see what others say……

In addition to the above comments looks like a handlebar tank ding in the top left side corner and something is going on with the left handle bar knob. Back fender is wrong as well and chain adjusters look to be from another bigger bike. Seat is fine- correct pebble grain top, Honda stencil, and should have one seam down center between the stencil. Not deal killers but negotiation points ;) It seems to be a very good survivor

With the current market, unless you know the seller and it hasnt been published, unless its an absolutely crap deal, the time you have spent posting it means its probably already gone.

Rear fender, taillight, and taillight bracket are all wrong. Tank looks a little funky to me too...dented, or maybe aftermarket. But I THINK it's a correct tank that's pushed in on one side.
Seat looks correct to me.
Looks like a really clean, mostly original, K2...and probably worth the price.

Overall nice looking bike! I'd go for it if it's what you want! Looks unrestored and well kept. A few little things have to be expected with these old bikes. Nothing I see here that says "Run the other way".

The rear fender on the K2 is longer (as well as the taillight bracket) and hard to find in good shape. There are some reproductions out there. I think you have a good list of observations to do some negotiating if you want
