Killer $2400 shed find

Just picked up this load...had to buy all or none.. the red one has the best paint I’ve ever seen on a junker..no dents slight fade hardly no scratch’s!!! Florida Inspection sticker from 1972 on right fork leg,,, Only 1634 miles.... the blue one is a real piece of work..looks like passport motor and wiring harness!! check out the headlight reinforcement.. At first glance I laughed but after second look I realized someone did an amazing job. It’s perfectly round,,,rivets spaced near perfect ,,,contoured perfect around area where bolts are...hope rebel flag (that is also perfectly centered) don’t get me kicked off the site...lol....I think it needs to go in the post “ hack jobs that work” check out the “oiler” on the air box!!! Maybe stock on passport? the extra tires are new...anyone that can identify any of the non ct parts let me know what there for so I can sell on e bay an recoupe some of my $$$.. also anything is for sell off the scooter. It’s a 1994 elite 50...wiring got chewed by a Hugh rat that made a condo in the front area,,, had terds the size of a pencil!! Lol. They all kick over except the two stroke scooter..

Another crazy thing is I just noticed all the bike have a key that actually turn but the z50 ...don’t think they came with a key..

Congrats on pulling the trigger on that deal! Looks like you got quite a collection of parts or restoration candidates. That blue/black 69 would be high on my priority list to get restored to original quality. They seem to be harder to find, at least from what I've seen. I'm disappointed there isn't a 72 HK1 I could take off your now growing work list! Lol

The k-1H for you ..there was no k-1H in shed find..I wish there was.....there was only a little over 5000 k-1 H,s ever made ..it’s a rare bike..or frame I should say in my case....lol

Look on the bright side, your weather is far better for getting work done as opposed to our weather in ontario! Some work is nice to do outdoors, and unfortunately it's highly unmotivating when your can't feel your fingers or toes outside.

Kinda jealous, I won't lie! And I'm especially peeved that I wasn't able to go to lake okechobee in Florida again this winter to try and hook a giant largemouth bass! Always next year I guess...thanks covid!

Group buys are always exciting. The nipple on the air box is stock on 79 and newer ct70's. Your right those year z50's don't have a ignition switch.
